Children aged 0-15 yrs will be admitted free when accompanied by a registered parent/ guarding at the conference. All bookings are subject to conformation of conference registration. Childcare bookings are on a first booked, first placed basis. Parents/guardians will be required to complete further registration of child/children into Impact Kidz Childcare.

Conditions of Registration

FULL PAYMENT of registration is due 10th November 2009. Proof of membership number will be required for full registration as a member. Bookings are NOT transferable. A cancellation request needs to be submitted by emailing karen@ worldimpactcentre.com. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged if cancelled after 30th September 2009. Registrations will open prior to each session for ONE HOUR ONLY. See event program for details.
